Corn Meat Balls

Corn Meat BallsINGREDIENTS:

250g minced meat

1 cup corn beads

SEASONINGS:

A. chopped scallion, ginger, salt, pepper, cornstarch

B. 1/2 cup stock, 1 tbsp soy sauce, salt, sugar, sesame oil, cornstarch

METHODS:

1. Chop the minced meat, mix well with A. beat it and make into balls then steam

2. Put the corn beads on a plate, arrange the meat balls on them

3. Boil B. pour over method 2 and enjoy

Steam Meat

Ingredients

2 strips of flour dough, 1 sweet potato, 2 pack of steam flour, parsleysteam meat Steam Meat

Seasoning

1 tbsp of low sodium salt, 1 tbsp. of soysauce, 1 tbsp of sugar, 1 tbsp of ricewine, 1/2 tbsp of shredded ginger, 1 tbsp. of white sesame oil, 1 tbsp. of sweet-flour sauce, pepper.

Methods

1. Tear the flour dogh to proper size, strip and cube the sweet potato;

2. Mix the spicies, stir with flour dough, put inn the large nowl, keep it for 20 minuts;

3. Put the steam flour to another bowl, stir with flour dough from spicies, add 1 tbsp. of water and white sesame oil to the steam bowl, put the flour dough then sweet potato on. Steam for 1 hour, Spread parsley before serving.
