Five BlessingsINGREDIENTS:

200G tendon

pea pod, carrot, mushrooms, agaric

SEASONINGS:

salt, MSG, soy sauce, cornstarch mixture

METHODS:

1. Soft the tendon in water, stir well with ginger, add soy sauce, remove

2. Fry the vegetables, add 1 tbsp stock and seasoning, thicken with constarch mixture.
